TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions of employment you offer your people say a lot about you as a business. They need to balance what your employees expect against what you can afford. Applying the right terms and conditions will be crucial if you are to attract and retain the right people in your business. This will be especially important during a time of staff shortages in a particular market sector. Many legal rights can be enhanced into employee benefits and create a positive impression of you as an employer.
