We will work with you, completely free of charge, to put in place a sickness improvement plan for your business. All we ask is that you share with us some of your savings. If you don’t make savings, we don’t get paid. That’s how confident we are that we can make significant savings. Sounds good? This is how it works.
| Stage 1 | We ensure you have in place a satisfactory means of recording sickness absence and an excessive absence policy |
| Stage 2 | We calculate the current annual cost of your sickness absence |
| Stage 3 | We establish a means of monitoring sickness absence per employee on a month by month basis. This will be designed to meet the specific nature of your business |
| Stage 4 | We would agree with you a sickness improvement plan and an implementation timetable |
| Stage 5 | We work with you and your managers to manage individual staff absences. This will include one to one discussions with staff with Blue Star Human Resources Consultants in attendance |
| Stage 6 | You would pay us to reflect reduced sickness levels. Such payments would be 50% of your cost saving. The other 50% you keep for yourself |
All we look for you to do is guarantee that you will fully support the implementation of the Plan, including the robust implementation of the excessive absence policy and that you allow at least 12 months for full implementation. After that we could continue to work with you, if you like. If not, you can simply reap the full benefit of having reduced your sickness absence costs.
